Despite our efforts, there may be slight differences in appearance resulting from, for example, the lighting conditions used in the photographs or the screen settings of the device used.

All products shown in the store are subject to availability.
In exceptional situations, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

The prices shown in the store are indicated in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable will be the one displayed at the time of order completion.

The customer will not be obliged to bear any additional costs that have not been duly communicated before placing the order.

Before completing the purchase, the customer should carefully check the selected items, sizes, quantities, delivery address, and other order details.
Completing an order implies an obligation to pay.
After the purchase is made, the customer will receive a confirmation via the email address provided during checkout.
DEMYR may contact the customer if additional information is required to process or deliver the order.
6. PAYMENTS
The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
The order may not be processed until the payment has been duly authorized by the respective payment service provider.
Payments may be processed by external providers integrated into the platform used by DEMYR.
DEMYR does not directly store full bank card details when they are processed by external providers.
The customer must only use payment methods that they are authorized to use.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DEMYR delivers to the countries and territories made available during checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the times presented are estimates.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond DEMYR's reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, periods of high demand, or force majeure situations.
Nothing in this section limits the rights legally applicable to the consumer in the event of a delay or non-delivery.
8. DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delays, delivery failures, or return of the order to the sender may occur.

9. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

10. EXCHANGES
Currently, DEMYR does not perform direct exchanges.
If you would like another size, model, or item, you must return the original product in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and place a new order.
11. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We recommend that you check your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive a product damaged during transport, different from what you ordered, or if there is any other visible issue with the order, you should contact us via support@demyr.com.
We may request the order number, photographs, or other items reasonably necessary to analyze the problem.

12. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Products sold by DEMYR benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in applicable consumer protection legislation.

Any commercial guarantees that may be offered by DEMYR, the manufacturer, or suppliers are additional and do not replace or reduce the rights resulting from the legal guarantee.

13. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to cancel the order before it enters processing or is shipped.
However, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel an order once its processing has begun.
If it is no longer possible to cancel, the legally applicable return rights may continue to be exercised after receipt of the order.
14. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS
DEMYR may occasionally offer promotional codes, campaigns, or discounts.
